The Bruery brewery in Placentia wants you to enjoy more of its beer. After four successful years, it expanded its fermentation cellar and christened a larger Bruery tasting room. Huzzah!
During a well-attended preview this past weekend, I was able to get a peek before the grand opening this Wednesday, and the new accommodations are gorgeous. Shiny taps, high ceilings, skylights, bar seating, lots of standing room and even two separate bathrooms. That old tasting room has nothing on the new space! Plus not only does the new tasting room have an air-conditioner to keep beer drinkers cool during the hot summer but it boasts 40 beautiful, constantly rotating taps.
This Wednesday, July 4th the new room debuts to the public and here’s what’s going to be on tap.

If you miss tomorrow’s opening, you’ll still have seven days a week to hit up the new Bruery tasting room. Where before the old tasting room was only opened on weekends when the brewers aren’t working (can’t have drunk people walking around heavy machinery), the new one is able to pull pints seven days a week! Fill your Bruery growlers, do a flight or just drink your favorite Bruery beers to your heart’s content. There will also be food trucks, just check the Bruery’s Facebook page or Twitter to see which one is showing up.
