They say you can never go home again but L.A. cocktail geeks will sure be happy to see some renown mixologists return to Comme Ca in West Hollywood, even if for one night only. Sam Ross (who installed Comme Ca’s cocktail program in 2007) of Milk & Honey in New York and the bartenders whom he trained and have consequently gone on to bigger and awesome-r things, Joel Black (Three Clubs, Cana) and Julian Cox (Rivera, Playa, Sotto), will take over the bar and create cocktails inspired by the restaurant’s “spring bistronomy menu.”

- Poached Asparagus with cured salmon and béarnaise sauce ($11)
- Pan Seared Ling Cod with coconut emulsion and lemon confit ($25)
- Artichoke Agnolotti with Clam served with heirloom tomato and purple basil ($19)
- Coq Au Vin Blanc with spring savory cabbage sauerkraut ($24)
- Chocolate Liqueur Sponge Cake with strawberry jelly and cocoa nib ice cream ($9)

- Bee Keeper: Bourbon, honey, bitters and absinthe, lemon twist
- Jungle Bird: Cruzan Black Strap Rum, Pineapple, lime and Campari
- Mercy, Mercy: Gin, Aperol and Cocchi Americano, grapefruit twist
- Midnight Lush: Oro pisco Torontel, fresh lemon juice, fresh pressed red grape juice, blackberry, lavender, agave nectar
