It’s baaack. Paper’s 24 hours of shopping extravaganza featuring over 30 designers, artists, and chefs as well as 24 bands, like Lady Tigra and the Chapin Sisters! It’s going to be crazy good times. The store pops up at 6pm on Friday and then goes away after 6pm on Saturday.

I love blogger meetups and I especially love blogger meetups at historic L.A. landmarks. This one is put on by the fine folks at Blogging LA — the first of a series of “classic eats” locations –and they’re inviting everyone to enjoy some comfort food with them at the historic Clifton’s Cafeteria. And afterward, the BonaVista Lounge atop the Bonaventure Hotel where you get a 360-degree view of our beautiful city. So come out, meet local bloggers and enjoy some good food and drinks! 22nd Annual Great Chefs of Los Angeles
It’s been about a month or so since we last had a food fest. Fortunately this Sunday there will be about 22 chefs and tastemakers and 17 vintners displaying their yummy wares for your foodie pleasure. Nosh on gourmet bits from Fraiche, Grace, and Animal to name a few. And ohh, wine from the likes of Laetitia Vineyard and Winery and L’Aventure. Plus, this year’s “Go Green, Go Organic” theme promotes eco-friendly and recyclable products as well as conscious living and sustainability, and emphasizes organic foodstuffs throughout the event.
