Whoever thought these up is a genius…and my soulmate. Dark chocolate cookies covered in white chocolate with crushed peppermint candy all over. Since it comes in a cute peppermint-scheme package with a bow on top it makes the perfect hostess gift for those holiday parties OR you can just keep it to yourself, which I recommend. I couldn’t share these.

The white chocolate is kinda melty so when you pull one out of the bag, chances are you may be required to lick your fingers clean. Not necessarily a bad thing. But the candy cane pieces are kinda chewy (at least in my batch they were) so they can stick to your teeth. A rich and sweet holiday treat, I’d recommend crushing some and mixing them in vanilla ice cream.
