Border Grill is one of my favorite happy hour spots for their $3 everything (basically). But I also heart them for their innovative, colorful and savory Tex-Mex cuisine. And is it just me or does even their water taste good, too?
Now, the Two Hot Tamales, chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, will be sharing their paella-making skills with lucky students on Saturday, May 20th from 11am to 1pm. For $75 a lesson, you get lunch and signature drinks as well as a recipe booklet that features how to make Spanish paella with ali-oli, gazpacho, romaine hearts with Cabrales vinaigrette, and leche frito with Sherry marmalade, plus homemade red sangria.
EVENT: Saturday, May 20 from 11am-1pm
